Effective Date: 27 October 2026
Website:
https://earlyhood.in
At Earlyhood, we are committed to providing parents and caregivers with valuable parenting information, educational content, and digital resources.
We believe in maintaining a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process.
Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a membership or subscription.
1. About Our Services
Earlyhood offers digital subscriptions and educational resources designed for parents and caregivers of children aged 0–8 years.
Our paid memberships may include:
Parenting Q&As and educational insights delivered to your email inbox.
Access to the exclusive Earlyhood Resources Library.
Downloadable worksheets and learning activities.
Parenting guides, checklists, trackers, and other educational resources.
New and updated digital resources added periodically.
All memberships are digital services. No physical products are included unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
Earlyhood may offer annual, half-yearly, monthly, or other subscription plans.
The subscription price, duration, benefits, and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.
Certain subscription plans may renew automatically if the customer has authorised recurring payments during checkout.
For subscriptions with automatic renewal, the applicable subscription fee will be charged according to the selected billing cycle, subject to applicable payment authorisations and regulations.
One-time, fixed-duration memberships will not automatically renew unless recurring billing has been separately authorised.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel future automatic renewals at any time.
To request cancellation, please contact:
Email: earlyhood.india@gmail.com
Phone: +91 8830720742
Please provide your registered email address and relevant subscription or payment details.
Where supported, customers may also cancel recurring payment authorisations through their payment provider or bank.
Once cancellation is successfully processed:
Future subscription renewals will stop.
No separate cancellation fee will be charged by Earlyhood.
Access to paid resources will generally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
No additional renewal payment will be initiated by Earlyhood for the cancelled subscription.
We recommend cancelling sufficiently before the next scheduled renewal to avoid a payment already being processed.
Unsubscribing from newsletter emails does not automatically cancel a paid subscription or recurring payment authorisation.
4. Refund Eligibility
Earlyhood memberships primarily provide immediate or scheduled access to digital content and downloadable educational resources.
Once paid digital access has been activated and made available, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under this policy.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: The same subscription payment was charged more than once due to an error.
Payment Without Access: Payment was completed successfully, but membership access was not provided and the issue could not be resolved.
Incorrect Billing: An incorrect amount was charged due to a verified billing error.
Technical Issues: A significant technical problem prevents access to purchased services and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
Service Not Provided: Earlyhood is unable to deliver the purchased membership or a material part of the promised service.
Unauthorised Transactions: Verified unauthorised charges, subject to applicable payment provider procedures and legal requirements.
Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Except where required by applicable law, refunds will generally not be provided for:
A change of mind after digital membership access has been activated.
Failure to use available membership benefits.
Failure to read delivered emails or access available resources.
Previously downloaded or accessed digital resources.
Partial usage of an active subscription period.
Cancellation after an authorised recurring payment has already been processed, solely because the customer no longer wishes to continue.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a full or partial refund for the current billing period.
These restrictions do not affect statutory rights or remedies for deficient services, billing errors, or other legally protected claims.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email:
Subject: Refund Request – Earlyhood Subscription
Please include the following information:
Registered name and email address.
Date of payment.
Payment or transaction ID, if available.
Amount paid.
Reason for requesting the refund.
Our support team may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the transaction and resolve the concern.
We aim to acknowledge customer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method used for the transaction.
Approved refunds will be initiated within a reasonable period, subject to applicable laws and payment processing requirements.
Once initiated, refunds typically take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s original payment account, although actual timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment method, and payment gateway.
Earlyhood is not responsible for delays caused solely by banking or payment processing systems outside our control, but we will assist customers with tracking and resolving refund-related concerns.
8. Automatic Renewals and Recurring Payments
For automatically renewing memberships, customers authorise recurring payments through the relevant payment provider.
Applicable renewal notifications and payment authorisations will be handled in accordance with relevant banking and regulatory requirements.
Customers may withdraw their recurring payment authorisation using the cancellation facilities provided by their bank or payment provider.
To avoid unwanted renewals, customers should cancel their subscriptions before the next scheduled billing date.
Any payment already being processed at the time of cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable payment rules and this Refund Policy.
9. Membership Expiry
When a subscription expires or is cancelled at the end of its paid period:
Access to members-only digital resources may end.
New paid resources will no longer be available without an active membership.
Previously downloaded resources may continue to be used for permitted personal, non-commercial purposes.
Free parenting articles and publicly available content may remain accessible.
Customers may purchase a new membership to regain access to paid resources.
10. Changes to This Policy
Earlyhood may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services, payment systems, operational requirements, or applicable laws.
Updated policies will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
Any changes affecting existing paid memberships will be handled in accordance with applicable contractual and consumer protection requirements.
